Sun protection; shades, hats, sunblock, lip balm, flip flops.

Thursday; Welcome Party!
3:00 p.m. guest check in hotel, get their welcome bags, and settle in their rooms
6:00-9:00 p.m. Beachfront BBQ dinner with bonfire and smores for dessert. Fire dancers perform ending the night with fireworks
Friday; Tour and Rehearsal
9:00 a.m. Breakfast
10:00 a.m. Excursion to El Yunque, light packable lunch and snacks
5:30 p.m. Wedding Rehearsal; this usually is just for the wedding party
6:30 p.m. Rehearsal Dinner; this can include extended family. This time is perfect for those extra speeches. Sit-down dinner, great music, cocktails, and local pleneros close the night.
Saturday; It's Wedding Day
8:00 am
-Groomsmen Breakfast + Golfing (remember sunblock!)
-Bride + Bridesmaids Breakfast + Glam (Hair and Makeup)
4:00 pm Ceremony

Sunday; It's a wrap!
10:30 am Brunch; because who is getting up early? If you have a presidential suite or a villa that can host guests -this is just the perfect and intimate setting to say your goodbyes.
